STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground meat
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
6 slices capacola ham
9 slices provolone cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sauteed
2 qt. spaghetti sauce

Make meat up like a meatloaf. Separate into 3. Spread flat on plate. Lay 2 pieces of capacola ham down cut up 2 slices of cheese. Fold cheese and some mushrooms inside ham. Then fold meat around making sure there is no holes. Do to all three. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Then switch pans (or drain grease). Put 1 slice of cheese on top of each loaf (optional). Pour spaghetti sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with noodles. Can stuff with onions also.
