FAST AND EASY MEATLOAF 
1 lb. lean ground meat or meatloaf mix (beef, veal, pork)
1 box chicken flavored stuffing (Stove Top)
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts) or your favorite barbecue sauce
1 egg
1 chicken bouillon cube + 1 cup water OR
1 cup chicken broth

Mix together meat with stuffing (do not prepare the stuffing... dump it into the meat dry), ketchup and egg. Mix well... use your hands if you have to!

Pour chicken broth into pan, then place meatloaf in pan. Cover and seal tightly.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.

This recipe can be doubled. Ground chicken or turkey can be used also.
