SPARE RIBS 
4 lb. spare ribs
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika

Cut spare ribs individually. Brown in fat in frying pan.

In a bowl mix sauce ingredients. Put spare ribs in pan, add onions and pour sauce over.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Spoon sauce over ribs during baking. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
