BARBECUE RIBS SUPREME 
4 lb. spare ribs
Salt and pepper
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Bake ribs at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain some fat away. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes more, spooning sauce over occasionally.
