PEANUT BUTTER EGGS | |
1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened 1/2 lb. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 lb. 10x sugar 1 pt. peanut butter 2 c. coconut Peppermint, no vanilla Couple tsp. peppermint extract Spearmint, no vanilla Couple tsp. mint extract I melt butter and cream cheese for easier mixing on top of stove or in microwave. Mix all ingredients well. Put in refrigerator and chill well. Then shape them, then I freeze them until ready to coat. To coat, mix chocolate with paraffin or little vegetable oil on top of double boiler. Dip in chocolate and cool well. |
