PEANUT BUTTER EGGS 
1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lb. 10x sugar
1 pt. peanut butter
2 c. coconut
Peppermint, no vanilla
Couple tsp. peppermint extract
Spearmint, no vanilla
Couple tsp. mint extract

I melt butter and cream cheese for easier mixing on top of stove or in microwave.

Mix all ingredients well. Put in refrigerator and chill well. Then shape them, then I freeze them until ready to coat.

To coat, mix chocolate with paraffin or little vegetable oil on top of double boiler. Dip in chocolate and cool well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
