CREAM CHEESE FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. buttermilk

Mix together. Add: 6 tbsp. cocoa 2 tsp. baking soda

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Fill cups 1/2 full. Put 1/2 to 3/4 tablespoons filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

You don't have to frost if you don't want too. They are great without frosting.
