1 box (16 oz.) macaroni
1 jar (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz, hot jalapeno
1 brick (10 oz.) extra sharp Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese
1 brick (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
1 lg. & 1 sm. can crushed tomatoes
Small amount of water, if necessary

Boil macaroni as package directs. While boiling, spray large baking pan with non-stick spray. Grate the Monterey and Cheddar cheese into pan. Add both cans of crushed tomatoes.

Heat the Cheez Whiz in microwave and add to pan. Stir until well blended. Drain cooked macaroni and add to sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. If you must keep it warm longer, stir in small amount of water to keep it moist.
