MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 med. onion, chopped
12 oz. grated Cracker Barrel sharp cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
2 c. med. white sauce
3 oz. (additional) grated Cracker Barrel cheese

Cook macaroni in boiling, lightly salted water until almost done. Saute onion in butter and oil. Mix macaroni, onion, 12 ounce cheese, salt, pepper, stewed tomatoes and white sauce. Sprinkle the 3 ounce grated cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
