15-20 Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 more Oreo cookies for topping
6-8 dessert cups

This is a wonderfully delicious dessert to serve when you haven't time to bake. Leave 1/2 gallon of ice cream to thaw at room temperature for about 1/2 to 1 hour. Crush the Oreo cookies and add cinnamon, stirring well. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of cookie crumbs in the bottom of each dessert cup. Add remainder to ice cream which was placed in a large bowl. Stir well. Spoon mixture into each cup. Sprinkle a few more crumbs on top of each cup. Place in freezer until ready to serve!
