COWBOY BREAD 
TOPPING FOR 2 BATCHES:

6 1/2 lb. flour
6 3/4 lb. brown sugar
5 tsp. salt
3 1/2 lb. butter
5 tsp. cinnamon
5 tsp. nutmeg

Blend and set aside.

BREAD:

14 lb. & 10 oz. flour (10 oz. = 1/2 c. & 2 tbsp.)
15 lb. & 3 oz.) brown sugar (3 oz. = 3 tbsp.)
3 tbsp. & 2 3/4 tsp. salt (or scant 1/4 c.)
7 lb. & 14 oz. butter (or 8 lb. minus 2 tbsp.)
3 tbsp. & 2 3/4 tsp. cinnamon (or scant 1/4 c.)
3 tbsp. & 2 3/4 tsp. nutmeg (or scant 1/4 c.)
3/4 c. (scant) baking powder
3/4 c. (scant) soda
45 eggs
1 gal. & 1 qt. & 2 1/2 c. buttermilk
