BREAD PUDDING 
8-10 slices broken bread
1 cup raisins
2-3 eggs
1 - 1 1/2 cups sugar
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 - 1 tsp. vanilla
2- 4 cups milk

Put bread and raisins in baking dish. Mix and pour remaining ingredients over bread and raisins. Make sure bread is well soaked.

Bake 40 minutes at 375°F. Use vanilla sauce on top.

Vanilla Sauce:

4 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
lump butter
1 c. warm water
nutmeg

Mix and boil on medium until clear. Pour over baked bread pudding.
