1/2 pkg. noodles (curly)
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. cheese (sharp)

Cook noodles and spinach (separately). Mix together over low heat butter, flour, salt, paprika, pepper and sour cream. Mix in spinach with sour cream mixture. Shred cheese. Layer in glass baking dish; noodles, then spinach mixture, then cheese, etc. until gone. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles.
