1 can cream corn
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Heat oil (375 F.). In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until well combined. Drop batter by level tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Fry 2-3 minutes. Drain well. Yields 15 servings.
