CORN FRITTERS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1/2-3/4 c. milk

Beat eggs. Add 1/2 cup milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to batter. Stir on corn and oil. If too thick, add a little more milk.

Drop from teaspoon into deep grease and fry at 350 degrees. The fritters will turn themselves and are done when golden brown or a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Powder with 10X sugar.
