CORN FRITTERS 
1 can cream style corn
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. corn meal
1 tbsp. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients and add to melted butter and corn. Beat well; drop by teaspoons in hot deep fat. When brown, remove and place on paper towels. Serve with honey or butter.
