SPINACH SALAD 
10 oz. fresh spinach
6 strips crisp bacon
1 bunch scallions
1/4 lb. sliced raw mushrooms
1 clove chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. sugar

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg yolk

1. Prepare spinach; place in bowl.

2. Crumble bacon over spinach. Add scallions, and mushrooms; chill.
