MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
4 lb. ground beef
3-4 c. rice, cooked
1 can mushroom
1 onions
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
3 tbsp. sherry wine
1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
3 pkg. taco mix

Steam ground beef and strain. Add onion, rice, mushrooms, Mrs. Dash, sherry wine, picante sauce, stewed tomatoes and taco. Bake 30 minutes. Take out of oven and put cheese on top.
