MEXICAN GREEN SHRIMP 
First, never let them thaw if frozen. Place shrimp in boiling water and boil until they turn pink. Put 2 to 3 bay leaves in the water. Drain, take shells off and drain.

Melt butter and 4 to 5 drops of Tequila. Fry slowly, on low. Or roll shrimp in thin Bisquick batter and fry. Or cool shrimp and dip in tomato sauce mixture. Or break up into salad and serve with Louis Dressing.

LOUIS DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. chili sauce
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
4 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Makes 3 cups.
