CHICKEN SALAD VERONIQUE 
1 cooked chicken breast, cooked & cut in strips
1 peeled & sectioned orange
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 c. chow mein noodles

Combine dressing ingredients. Add chicken and fruit and top with noodles.
