CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts
1 head lettuce
1 can water chestnuts
6 green onions
1 can orange mandarin sections
Chinese noodles
Sesame seeds
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
Powdered ginger to taste

Cook chicken breasts until tender. Break into bite-size pieces. Chop the lettuce. Chop water chestnuts. Chop green onions. Cook Chinese noodles in oil. Add mandarin sections. Add sesame seeds. Add ginger. Add soy sauce.
