RHUBARB COBBLER 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. sour cream
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash nutmeg
3 c. rhubarb, finely cut
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water

Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk. Mix to a smooth batter. Pour into 9 x 9 square pan. Pour boiling water over rhubarb and sugar; mix to dissolve sugar. Pour over batter in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
