PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Potatoes
Pork chops
Onion
Cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
Salt and pepper

Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange in a deep casserole dish. Chop onion on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper as desired. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over top. Add enough milk to come to top of potatoes. Brown (don't completely cook) pork chops in skillet. Place on top of potatoes and soup. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Casserole will bubble a lot. Make sure container is large enough. Prepare as many pork chops and potatoes as you have people to feed.
