PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 potatoes (sliced thin)
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cheese (grated)

Brown pork chops on both sides. In greased 2 quart dish, arrange potato slices. Place browned chops over potatoes. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over chops. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
