BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 (8 count) can crescent rolls Cooked sausage, ham or bacon 1 c. shredded hash brown potatoes Fresh mushrooms, sliced Onions, chopped Green bell peppers, chopped 1/2 c. mixed, shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese 5 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. milk Unroll crescent rolls. Arrange in pizza pan, sealing edges. Layer sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, onion, peppers and 1/4 cup cheese over rolls. Beat eggs with milk in bowl. Pour over layers. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until set and crust is brown. Yield 6 servings. |
