PEPPER BURGERS 
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet green peppers
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine above ingredients and mix well. Form into 4-6 burgers. Grill or broil on lightly oiled surface over medium hot coals 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Serve on toasted hard rolls.
