8 oz. can cream style corn
2 c. Bisquick

Mix the corn and Bisquick. Drop by spoonsful into hot oil turning when deep brown. When both sides are deep brown, drain on paper towels and then roll in confectioners' sugar.

Note: May be made smaller and used as an appetizer.
