CORN FRITTERS 
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
2 tsp. brown sugar
3 beaten eggs
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Oil for deep frying

Combine corn, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Drop by spoons into oil and fry until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
