HONEY OF A PICKLE 
16 c. cucumbers, sliced 1/8 inch
1 1/2 c. sliced onions
1/3 c. canning salt
2 trays ice cubes
2 c. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. ground turmeric
3 tbsp. whole mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed

Sprinkle cucumbers with salt and ice cubes. Let set 3 hours. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Combine honey, vinegar, and spices and bring to boil. Add cucumbers; heat thoroughly but do not boil. Pack while hot into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 7 pints.
