SWEET & SOUR GOOSE 
1 goose breast, cut into bite size chunks
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sherry

Mix together all but goose. Dip goose into mixture and stir-fry in 2 tablespoons oil until tender. 3 tsp. cherry juice 2 c. water 1/4 c. vinegar 1 c. dark brown sugar 1 c. honey Dash Worcestershire sauce Dash brandy 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. allspice 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Lemon juice to taste 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, cut up

Mix pineapple juice, cherry juice, water, vinegar and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, add remaining ingredients except cherries and pineapple. Thicken with cornstarch; add pineapple chunks, cherries and goose. Serve over rice.
