1/2 gal. apple cider
2 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. honey
2 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
5 whole cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. butter

Bring all to a boil; cover and simmer one hour. Makes 3 quarts.
