POTATOES ROMANOFF CASSEROLE 
6 c. mashed potatoes (can be instant)
1 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. minced onion (spring onions make it even better!)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
(Season-All salt) - sprinkled on top

1. Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, onion, sour cream and egg together.

2. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with Season-All salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.
