FILLET PIQUENT 
2 lbs. orange roughy or haddock
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lg. bag Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Sprinkle bread crumbs in shallow baking dish or 13"x9" pan. Place fillets over bread crumbs. Mix remaining ingredients in order listed and pour over fish. Bake at 450 degrees until done. Check often. Done when fish easily flakes with fork. Serves 10.
