DILLED FISH FILLETS 
1 lb. fresh or frozen haddock or cod fillets, thawed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dill sprig for garnish (opt.)

Place fish in heated skillet. Sprinkle with lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 5 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish. Serves 4.
