DILL FISH | |
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets (flounder) 1/4 c. fresh lime juice 1 tsp. dill weed 1 clove garlic, minced Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Squeeze lime juice over fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator. Spray a shallow baking pan with Pam. Place fillets in baking pan and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves 6. Per Serving: 115 total calories. 3 fat grams. |
