LUTHERAN BROTHERHOOD'S POPCORN
SALAD
 
6 c. popped popcorn
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped cooked bacon (reserve some for top)
1 c. grated cheese (reserve some for top)
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts

Combine popcorn, onion, celery, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese and water chestnuts. Chill. Top with reserved bacon and cheese. Best when used within 3 to 4 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
