BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN | |
1/2 c. oil 1 stick butter 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. water 1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce Melt oil with butter. Add rest of ingredients. Cover, bring to boil, cover chicken with sauce. Cover with foil. Remove foil last 1/2 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. |
