MALT SHOP PIE | |
1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1/2 c. malted milk balls, crushed 1 tbsp. milk 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust 3 tbsp. chocolate flavored malted milk powder 3 tbsp. marshmallow topping 1 tbsp. milk 1 c. whipping cream Malted milk bars, crushed In a chilled medium bowl, stir ice cream to soften. Blend in the 1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls and the first tablespoon of milk. Spread in prepared crust. Freeze while preparing top layer. In medium bowl, blend malted milk powder, marshmallow topping, and remaining milk. Add whipping cream; whip until soft peaks form. Spread mixture over layer in crust. Freeze until firm; several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with crushed malted milk bars. Makes one 9-inch pie. Recipe can be doubled and put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. |
