SOUTHWESTERN GREEN BEANS 
6-8 strips of crisp fried bacon
2 lg. cans French style green beans
1 (#3) can stewed tomato, chopped
1 chopped onion
1 stalk chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon, reserve grease, drain bacon on towel. Saute onion and celery in bacon grease. Drain off grease and combine remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
