STEWED GREEN BEANS 
5 lbs. green beans, stemmed, cut and washed

Boil with 1 teaspoon salt until well done. Drain.

SAUCE:

5 lg. onions
1 1/2 c. Wesson or olive oil
2 c. stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. catsup
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in oil in large saucepan. Cook well. Layer beans, onions and sauce in large dripper pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 2 hours.

NOTE: Stir often in oven to avoid scorching.
