SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 (9 oz.) whipped topping
Shredded lettuce
Strawberries for garnish

Drain pineapple, mix juice from pineapple with pudding mix. Add whipped topping and fold in other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Serve by scoops on lettuce. Garnish with strawberries.
