HAM CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
1 (5 oz.) press ham, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Couple drops hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sunflower seeds or chopped peanuts

Mix all ingredients together except the sunflower seeds. Roll the ball after cooling in sunflower seeds. Refrigerate, covered, several hours.
