GREAT VEAL 
15 very thin slices scallopini veal
Melted butter
White wine
3 onions, sliced thin
2 cans mushrooms
Bread crumbs flavored with 1 tsp. garlic salt and 1 tsp. oregano

Saute onions in butter. Add mushrooms; set aside. Dip veal first in melted butter, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place half onion and mushroom mixture in baking pan, alternating direction of layers of breaded veal. Top with rest of onions and mushrooms. P our wine on top.

Cover with foil and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and continue to bake at 350 degrees until top is browned, about 1/2 hour. Serve with spaghetti that has only a butter and parsley sauce. Serves 4-5.
