GOLDEN VEAL CHOPS 
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced parsley
3 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sugar
6 veal loin chops, each cut about 3/4" thick

Prepare grill for barbecuing. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, bread crumbs, parsley, white wine, mustard, lemon juice, salt and sugar.

Place veal chops on grill over medium heat; cook until veal just loses its pink color and chops are lightly browned on both sides, about 10-15 minutes, turning chops and brushing with mayonnaise mixture occasionally.
