KRAUT 'N CHOPS 
1 (#1) can shredded kraut
1-2 lean pork chops
1 1/2 tbsp. drippings from fried pork chops
Salt and pepper, to taste

Pan fry pork chops until very brown and tender. Pour drippings from pork chops into saucepan. Add kraut and simmer until hot through and bubbly.
