1 pkg. dried apricots
1 pkg. apricot Jello or 1 pkg. peach Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Cook dried apricots until soft. Mash fine. Dissolve 1 cup hot water in Jello. When cool, add apricots and sour cream.
