APRICOT GELATIN SALAD 
2 boxes orange or peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can apricots, mashed
1 lg. can pineapple, drained
Miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped

Prepare Jello with boiling water; cool. Add fruits and marshmallows. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan and let congeal. Combine apricot juice, sugar, and flour. Thicken in double boiler, stirring constantly. Cool. Add whipped Dream Whip and pour over Jello. Top with grated cheese. Store in refrigerator.
