1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. flour

Mix above ingredients like pie crust, then add 1 egg broken in measuring cup. Beat and fill cup with milk; add 1 tablespoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking powder. Save 1 tablespoon of sugar, flour, and butter mixture to sprinkle over top before placing in oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
