CINNAMON CRUMB CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder (rounded)
1 c. sour milk

Sour the milk by adding 1 tablespoon vinegar to the milk and letting it stand 1/2 hour.

Mix ingredients. Spread on an oiled cookie sheet and top with the following topping:

3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 rounded tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
