CINNAMON CRUMB CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Sift flour, add sugar, cinnamon and butter. Blend well. Reserve 6 tablespoon for topping. Add topping and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not beat too long.
