PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix (yellow)

ICING:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 family size Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can coconut
1 c. nuts

Mix cake as directed on box. Make 3 layers.

Icing: Mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Add Cool Whip, drained pineapple and nuts. Mix all well. Apply to cake. Add coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
